Wavering call is a tribute to the cell phone network's relay towers. Although rarely noticed, these giants dominate the horizon and populate our landscapes. Yet they are often criticized, sometimes even hated. This installation reinterprets these cell towers, the ultimate symbol of these waves, while modern telephones have been stripped of their visible antennas. When a telephone approaches, it suddenly awakens, making perceptible the presence of these invisible waves that rhythm our daily lives. This installation is part of hertzian spirits, a project and exhibition produced as part of SUPRA long-term residency.
